Examples include marketing guru Seth Godin's talk on how to get your ideas to spread, where he spells out why, when it comes to getting our attention, bad or bizarre ideas are more successful than boring ones, and  Jason Fried's why work doesn't happen at work in which he discusses his radical theory of working: that the office isn't a good place to do it.
