EBSCO export error with Endnote Online

We are currently experiencing issues with exporting from EBSCO databases to Endnote Online.

We have contacted Thomson Reuters technical support.

In the meantime, if you wish to add a citation from an EBSCO database to your Endnote Online library you can do so manually. See steps below:

1. When in your Endnote Online account go to the Collect tab and select New Reference:

2. Select your material type from the drop down menu e.g. Journal Article

3. Once you selected your material type double click the fields to enter your data and hit Save

Please contact the Library on 01 402 3068 or ast.library@dit.ie if you have any queries.

Step 5:

Once you are in the database click the new search tab. You should be able to carry out a search as normal.
